Below is the current list of mods I use while playing The Witcher 3. I can state that they all work at the time of writing this, and by that I mean for the base game and DLC. You should always read the mod author’s page thoroughly to make sure you install them correctly, and add any required files necessary to run the mods.
Use Vortex’s script merger at all times to prevent mod/script clashes.
